Renny Harlin to Attend Popcorn Frights Screening of A Nightmare on Elm Street 4

Popcorn Frights will present a special screening of A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master on Thursday, November 12, at the Gateway Theater in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Director Renny Harlin will appear in person before the film as part of the festival’s Wicked Weekend 2026 program.

The event will also invite fans to step inside “Harlin House,” an interactive experience featuring exclusive surprises, photo opportunities, giveaways, and more.

Released in 1988, The Dream Master follows Freddy Krueger’s return after the events of A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors. As the remaining Elm Street children fall victim to Freddy, Alice Johnson discovers that she possesses the power to challenge him in the dream world.

Doors open at 7:00 p.m., with the program scheduled from 8:00–10:30 p.m. Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Free parking will be available.

The screening is part of Popcorn Frights’ Wicked Weekend 2026, taking place November 11–15.
