Nightmare on Elm Street 5 Press Kit update

This update deserves its own post.  I added some new pictures to the Nightmare on Elm Street 5 Press Kit page, along with the US notes cover. 

These scans were submitted by Silveria (from the Forums), who was kind enough to scan the pictures and send them in.  Originally, these pictures were to be posted months ago, but delays ruled. 

Sorry about the delays Silveria; they’re finally online!
