I was watching the Original last night, and one thing I never noticed was when Nancy says “Ok Krueger, we play in your court”, and pulls down the shade, she’s actually wearing her jacket, but as soon as she walks over to her bed, she’s in her pyjamas.

A Nightmare on Elm Street / Re: The Future of Elm Street

My biggest fear is they hop on the streaming bandwagon and turn it into a series. I could only see it working if they did like in Freddy's Nightmares and make the stories detached from Freddy for the most part or keep his inclusion minimal and special. Movies are where it's at for me at least.
I disagree. I think Freddy’s Nightmares would’ve been a huge success if every episode was about Freddy, if the episodes were based on the movies. That’s not to say it was a flop: I think the series had some great episodes, and some were actually very graphic!😳But I think most Nightmare fans (myself included) probably didn’t want to see random characters in the series suffering some sort of mishap or trauma in Springwood. The hardcore Nightmare fans would’ve wanted to see all the episodes involving Freddy, him going after teenagers in their dreams, figuring out a way how to destroy him. I know it becomes tedious when you constantly have the same storyline every episode, but I think New Line could’ve worked around it. That’s just my opinion.

I recently watched The Nun 2, and The Exorcist Believer. I liked them both. Good to see Ellen Burstyn from the original 1973 movie make an appearance.

A Nightmare on Elm Street / Re: Marge Thompson the penultimate victim?

I agree. I actually respect Marge a lot. I know most of the parents in the NOES films whose teenage kids are being stalked by Freddy in their sleep, are in denial that Freddy is haunting them, at least Marge kind of understands what Nancy is going through. Even though she clearly explains to her that that’s not reality, someone trying to kill you in your dreams, she knows that something is going on, she kind of shows her compassion. Obviously when she takes Nancy down to the cellar, and tells her who Freddy was, she knows her daughter is not crazy. And there’s also a deleted scene when she’s talking with Don at Rod’s funeral, and tells him, “this reminds me too much of 10 years ago”.

If anyone has the full interview, please let me know. I’ve been looking for it for ages. I remember watching it when I was about 8 years old. Love the sunnies on Freddy!

Horror (General) / Re: Halloween Kills

Well, the new Halloween movie gets released next week. Hmmm… will this finally be the last one where they destroy Michael once and for all, or will the “almighty dollar” speak, and they’ll continue the franchise?  ???

This one:

The only scene I know where blood comes out of the TV is Freddy’s Dead, right after Spencer dies. When Freddy is controlling him in the video game, and falls into that pit,  we see blood pouring out of the TV. It must be that scene.

Here’s a better pic , as I’ve outlined it

Probably after Dream Master, because we know how silly part 5 and Freddy’s Dead were, especially Freddy’s Dead, which is the worst one in the series in my opinion. I didn’t mind WCNN, because it goes back to the original, with Freddy being dark and creepy, and also being an ancient, evil entity, which comes out of the movie screen, I thought was brilliant from Wes. Freddy vs Jason I thought was ok, nothing special. I know the remake is very flawed in most people’s eyes, and yes it did piss a lot of people off - myself included - that they didn’t ask Robert to play Freddy again, but honestly, I did like it better than dream child & Freddy’s Dead. Just my opinion.

Here you go,

In Part 2, look closely at the top right hand corner when Lisa enters the boiler room. As the camera slowly pulls back, you’ll see Freddy(or a crew member)walking past. It’s basically a “blink and you’ll miss it thing”. I’ve even outlined it. Yes I know no-one is in the screen, but that’s the exact location where someone will pass from. But you’ll have to look very closely.
