But, what are Freddy's plans with the newly arrived older Jacob Johnson and his mother Alice? How does Springwood's new serial killer tie into all of this?

The planned three issue mini-series was to be a continuation of the mythos from
Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare. Unfortunately, Innovation closed their offices before issue three could be released.  Due to the series not being finished, it will not be presented on this site.

Written by Andy Mangels; Art by David Day and Dan Day.

Writer Andy Mangels has listed the outlines for the final issues on his website, along with the original plot outline.

This series was released as a three issue comic adaptation of the movie. It was followed by the trade paperback release of all three issues and a special 3-D issue.

Story by Rachel Talalay; Screenplay by Michael De Luca; Adaptation by Andy Mangels;
Art by Mike Witherby and Robb Phipps.
Released as a six issue series, this was the official new story taking place in-between Nightmare 5 & Freddy's Dead. Reuniting the classic characters for one last battle with Freddy and tying up the loose ends before Freddy's Dead, this series was released in full before the company's demise.

Written by Andy Mangels; Art by Tonny Harris, Patrick Rolo, and Ray Kryssing.
