One night, all the residents of Elm Street stop dreaming. A psychiatrist is called in to investigate the problem, only to discover the strange phenomena coincides with the escape of a young menta patient.
As the case is explored further, it becomes apparent that the boy, known only as JK, can influence and even stop the dreams of others. Without dreams, Freddy is powerless. But will he stand by and let him get away with this?
