The only known filmed scene cut from Nightmare 4 takes place during a dream sequence, shortly after Sheila's death. Alice dreams of her Father apologizing for not being "much of a father", with Freddy interrupting. It's unknown why the scene was removed.
Other scenes were trimmed for timing and effect. The scenes below are from Kristen confronting Freddy in the Boiler Room.
